The steampunk one is so one point and creative while the pink one is like very pretty, very dollhouse, very French, especially the giant framed mirror and the tiny kitchen squeezed into the nook under the stairs. The bathroom in the steampunk house reminds me of the one from Crimson Peak. This is one of my favorite creations of yours so far.

Yes I’d definitely love to see more videos of this style. You have that huge wheel with aesthetics - you could randomize them. Even do the same with sims in CAS. Same base sim just different clothes/makeup/accessories etc

I feel like the sim living in the steampunk house would be a mad scientist who hates how modern the world around them has become. Others see them as weird or…well, mad. But in reality they are very sweet and just passionate about what they love!
I also feel like the sim living in the pink Victorian house is maybe a young adult who bought their first house and is not scared to make it theirs. Maybe when they first bought it it was an old classic Victorian house that was (maybe) haunted by a friendly ghost. (Maybe a whole storyline there)

Idk if you know this, but you can shift click lights while building to change their colors. So no need to use a sim or live mode to do it 😊

Idk if someone had this idea but, you should get one big shell then try to make 2 different apartments/stores out of that big shell by using For Rent.
