Thanks for the great ideas on using brandy. I will definitely be trying the sidecar and between the sheets. I'll probably use a half ounce of lemon juice to reduce the tartness. Brandy and Kraken seems like an interesting combination.

Depending on the occasion, you could do a mimosa with brandy and grapefruit juice, or a brandy riff on a Paloma. 👍🏽
