Metalheadgangster It's the only happy/romantic/flirty moment that the 2 characters share in the entire film. I love this scene, and this film very much.
Watch “I Am Cuba” its an old 1960’s propaganda film but has an amazing scene where the camera goes up and down buildings and in pools all in one take, no cuts or edits. It’s impressive, especially for back then.
Nick Hawdon it's such an ecu tho that obviously it would have been damn hard for the entire camera dept. not to notice. so maybe it was intentional? i could spitball 2-3 theories off the top of my head rn as to why but who fuckin knows. i'll spare you and myself of that lol
Amazing film. Even though some of the topics it explores/the book explores are so dark and twisted, this is one of the most beautifully shot films I have ever seen
Really enjoyed this movie. Though, it would of been cool to see the scene (from the books) when Patrick and Sean met, and vice versa in American Psycho...from each of their points of view. Just a thought.
MarlboroShinobi american psycho was in the eighties, even though this book was too this movie was set around the early 2000's, would make it a little stupid
1:50 Really? A large number of people sat around in a circle and talked for a good bit and the group consensus was "We HAVE TO have a shot where JVDB wipes his butt and looks at the paper. Yep, we have to."

Theres just something magical about this scene. Whenever I see this scene, all I want to do is go outside and have a conversation.

Except that his closeup is out of focus

Its a college students life. Alot of drama and no deep emotional connection other than superficial and lust. Its damn near real life.
Amazing film. Even though some of the topics it explores/the book explores are so dark and twisted, this is one of the most beautifully shot films I have ever seen
i loved her hair in this movie
I chopped off my hair to look like hers when this movie first came out.. Sadly I could not pull it off as well as she does!

The euphoria homage to this!!
The Beek was actually pooping in this scene ;)
Halfpup, he was intentionally cast in unflattering lights and acts to make him the BEEK unappealing. Its all there if u watch the movie!
lauren deffo liked him
Song by Donovan - Colors??

The ending is perfectly appropriate.
If you haven’t watched this film with the Carrot Top commentary do yourself a favor and get really drunk or high and do it.
Hahaha
No thanks, I don't hate myself.
This is cool.

@@jackholden2645 yep, they also filmed scenes of Patrick Bateman (obviously not Christian Bale) but those were deleted
