Hey @nang, do you ever have to do anything with refresh tokens with this setup? Once you have the program running, how frequently do you need to re-authenticate with an authorization code or has it basically been running on the server untouched since you set it up? Love the video man, super helpful!

He added a sleep timer actually, so the code doesn't run every second, instead it runs every 10 minutes. So, if it's right to the point and u saw the video just a few seconds before the code is going to run next time, you can refresh instantly and see the change in no. of views

a little fix you could implement is instead of looping to your program every 5 secs or so, listen to an event which will trigger your edit tittle function, this is a more efficient way of doing so and won't floods the API with less requests

It's interesting that Tom and others actually thought this was a surprisingly hard thing to emulate.
He never claimed it was hard to emulate. He even went out of his way to explain how simple the process is. The point of the video wasn't the title, rather it was just an introduction to the related concepts he goes on to talk about for the rest of the video.

Tom Scott's been on Computerphile enough times that I can't imagine he thinks reviewing code is inherently dull.
I think he just meant the style of video he does is more suited to broad overviews and narratives than detailed step by step explanations of something like his coding process.
Basically, I interpreted that as saying "code is incredibly dull when I try to explain it."
Which I think is maybe Tom underselling himself, or playing into the audience's preconceived notions of coding, or both. But either way, I can't fault him for playing to his strengths.
Though ideally what he should have done is a supplementary episode in the description that explains the more technical stuff - again a la Computerphile.
