    Correction:
    GH Flexion: Roll Anterior and Glide Posterior
    GH Extension Roll Posterior and Glide Anterior
    Checked w/ NPTE.

    How would you mobilise to improve flexion/extension when there is no glide component?

      Good question! In my manual therapy program (NAIOMT) they teach to distract the joint to promote Flexion. But of course, in real life, Flexion is rarely a limiting motion by itself, typically it’s combined with other movements.
