This mix reminds me of the music in the Please Teacher! anime. Watched it for the first time a few years ago and thought it was very relaxing and heartwarming if a bit weird. Japan makes stories that are just different lol. I really liked Mell - Repeat from this mix. Really hit right with the Lain background and surprised me from my work. Thank you for all your wonderful citypop playlists Nami. I am closer to the middle of Marmalade Boy finally btw. I have been really busy so only get to watch a few episodes every few weeks. Made it to the point of Suzu's halloween party and should be interesting to see whether or not they go on their planned trip. Been a rather nice 90s anime to get into thanks to you.

The 2000s interests in that features of the classic City Pop can still be found, and this is not a *Remake* like City Pop 2010s-2020s^^
