HI! I normal skip over memory planning videos, but I decided to see how you would plan for it. Your style was prefect! I was going to recommend you place this in your PL album, but I see that is what you plan is! You are very creative and inspiring.... SO glad you continue to post videos for all of us to view.
Thank you so much!! Those are the nicest compliments. I was nervous filming my first spread because I had no idea what I was doing lol, but it was also really fun to share. Thanks for watching!
I think this turned out great! Similar to you, I do monthly PL and wouldn’t be able to keep up with weekly spreads like this, but love what you did with it!
Hi, me again. I am zipping through so many of your videos. I started on the Happy Planner thing in Feb 2019. I went all out , of course, and got a Main planner, a Budget, a mini, and I was gifted the large Memory planner. I was so anxious to try the memory planning. I found it hard the first few weeks only because I hadn't printed photos, so I fell behind (my usual thing) . Then I printed 8 weeks work of photos, and only had time to finish 4 weeks of getting them into my Memory Plnr before my work situation took up way too much of my energy and time. Now I watch your video and being retired now (going on one month, woohoo), I am rearing to get to it! thanks for sharing. You have a very calming voice!
Congratulations on retirement! And thank you so much! It's been a few months since I did memory planning but it was fun . . . will probably pick it up here and there to mix in with pocket pages :)
I love this!! Have started this year with memory planning as well. I do a monthly spread. I do not number or date but sort of add pictures, stories and quotes as I go. End of the month I add it to my PL album with the rest of the month’s goodies. Love the extra creativity.
Yes! Thank you for sharing! I love the idea of adding in quotes too. I'm adding it into my PL album as well- that way it doesn't feel like a random page, but more of just a bonus way of documenting what's going on!
@@PaperLanePress I've been making 6x8 PL pages for several years, and for me it's simpler - I don't write much, just put photos and some cards into pockets. This Memory planning projects look pretty, but for me it would be more work, so I'm gonna stick to my PL an TNs.
@@stokelydesu Totally get it- you have to do what works best for you! Funny you mention the 6x8 size- my video next week is actually working on PL pages in that size. I've found it to be the perfect size for documenting memories from several years ago when I wasn't memory keeping regularly.
I'm such a fan of this! Also, if I close my eyes and just listen to you talk, I'm very much getting Khloe Kardashian! I memory plan in a classic moleskine expanded. It gives me the space to journal and add photos, stamps, washi and stickers without feeling the pressure of filling out a template. I figured it'd be the easiest way for me to ease into memory keeping!
I love this! Simple and beautiful!
I use printables too. I like using them and then adding my 8.5x11 layouts too. Your layout came out great!
Thank you!
This turned out great. 📓👍🏽 I think I’m ready.
Thank you!! Have fun! It's definitely a fun format :)
I think you did great! I couldn't do this myself, though I agree I enjoy seeing others' pages, including yours!
Thank you!

I loved this video. Great pages.
Thank you, Selina!

Now that you mentioned it.. it is really a less bulky and expensive alternative to "traditional" PL. And your looks neat:)
Yes! You definitely don't need much to get started or make beautiful layouts. It's a fun option :) And thank you!

Lol! Well, I have lived in California my whole life :) Very nice! That sounds like a great layout option!
