- This is a clip from a production I did for "Oney" from Drake's Promotion in the 1980s. The venue was the National Arena, Kingston, Jamaica. In those days priority was not placed on the filming of shows by the promoters, so stage lighting for the video was nonexistent and we as video directors had to make the best of what was provided for us, in that regard. In may instances, I took it on myself to film the stage shows, for the fun of it, and at times because the promoter i and I were good friends, which was what happened in this case. Back then artists were really fun entertainers.

Me and my wife spent 2 months in Jamaica 1980 and off course we had to join Reggae Sunsplash in Kingston. Great festival and beautiful island and people. Vent back 2022.

True dat, man always had a weird twisted style which unfortunately for many had later become apparent in ways that only very few reggae artists could have predicted, what's more, is that Eek a mouse was and continues to be much more popular with white folk especially the early hippies, bikers and stoners as opposed to the majority of original ground roots dancehall artists favoring a more balanced audience, in fact, it's noted that even white supremacists listen to mans like Eek a Mouse, Dillinger and U Roy which is kinda strange but tallies up with some of Mouses recent revelations
