I doubt if she makes the clothes to sell but as for the pattern, you just need what's called a basic 'block' ie a straight bodice and sleeve. You might be able to trace and adapt this from clothes that you have for the doll or find some of the very good free patterns - try 'Antique Violet' and click on the tutorials there; patterns for different sizes BJDs dressed on this website. She then shows you how to adapt it to make the jacket. Note that she doesn't tell you what size doll she is dressing, but if you start with the block that fits your doll. the rest of the adjustments will be fairly standard. The only thing I don't understand is why she is taking 0.5cm off the side and sleeve seams for a jacket worn over other clothes when usually you'd be adding it on so there's room for the layers underneath. If you've not done any pattern cutting or adjusting at all, look at the human instructional sites and books for basic ideas. The advantage of dressing dolls is that the clothes need so little fabric that you can afford to make a trial one first and play around with the fit. I'm dressing the Affordable Designs Leeann and BeJu dolls which are only around 12" so often use upcycled material and trimmings from young children's clothes charity shop purchases, where the fabric isn't too thick, the patterns are small and in proportion to my small dolls and the fabric is often well washed and soft.

I wish there was a way to translate this to English because I would like to know where to get the pattern or buy the clothes.
