Even in AKB’s graduation song, Sakura no Hanabiratachi, it’s deliberately written to be both applicable to a real student graduating, and an AKB48 member leaving the group. For one example from the song “Through wearing the same uniform, all my friends look like adults.” It being either an actual school uniform, or the stage costumes. In 48g lingo, “adult” or “grow up” means maturity.
