yes, absolutely. It is perfect if u are leveled quite high because It is full of AOE and defensive abilities. i mean, you can probably do if you are skilled enough raid solo with 600 health xD

It was definitely meant for just bandit beating. Bunch of aoe moves that slow, so you can sit there and swing. Along with the fastest travel time.
