I saw Mick's seven year old son dancing in front of the stage in Houston.

Mick Jagger’s father was a high school gym coach (British equivalent) and exercise was important in their home. In fact, Mick and his brother Chris weren’t allowed to leave the house and join their friends until they’d done their daily calisthenics.
Also, there’s a film clip around of Mr Jagger teaching British kids how to play basketball (in the 50’s) and Mick’s in it!
Mick himself has said in an interview at least 15 years ago that he DOESN’T run anymore. He even said jokingly “NOBODY runs anymore!”.
He dances of course, and uses exercise machines, weights, for an hour and a half a day. But the only running he does is as a quick short warm up down a hall before a show.
PS - Mick’s dad was a physical education teacher and wrote the first book on basketball in Britain.

I know lots of blokes, who are around Jaggers age and used to be
big drinkers and smokers.
Stopped smoking, but switched to drinking wine and Irish stout
In moderation.
And Mediterranean diet, lots of walking, lifting small weights at home.
All are not overweight, all had active jobs, all were builders or worked with me
In car assembly plant, for 35 yrs.
Once active you can’t sit still for long, its instilled into you with your job.
Genetics play a big part, and remember even Jagger had a heart problem
a few years back!
Let's take a deeper look here, the Rolling Stones had finished their 1978 U.S. tour already when Hoda Kotb was about to start high school and when she was the homecoming queen during her last year of high school the Rolling Stones were in the thick of their 1981 North American tour promoting their "Tattoo You" album, which was also when Jenna Bush and her twin sister were born, anyone can easily get the ages of both Hoda and Jenna, with Jenna now in her early forties and Hoda either has already or will turn sixty sometime this year.
If the phrase living your best life were a person, it would definitely be Miss Hoda Kotb.
