Ordered Govee Christmas lights and what I got was an absolute trainwreck. The boxes looked like they were used as footballs during shipping. Beyond the cosmetic mess, the lights were a technical disaster: glaring manufacturing blunders, and stubborn DIY settings that refused to stay applied. And the Wi-Fi connectivity? More like Wi-Fi hide and seek. For a brand like Govee that flaunts its quality, this was nothing short of a slap in the face. I hope no one has to go through what I went through.

Love the company, but I'm glad they don't build front doors. There's a mail slot, but no doorknob.
the plug and the power box are not water proof what is everyone solution to keep them covered while outside
Why no matter support in these? Any new product coming out in late 2023 should support matter…
