Sadly i don't think COD will ever be casual again like it was in the BO1 era, i really miss those days where you didn't have to go 100% in every lobby 24/7 or else you get destroyed and lobbies weren't filled with youtubers and streamers hopping and sliding and spamming ads on the reticle 10x before they shoot... I uninstalled BO4 from my PS4. It's a danger to my health to be sweating that much during the summer time.

They actually added 7 new weapons to WW2 on top of the 5 that are already added. I mean they aren't going to release the weapons' contracts until later, but they're much more worth grinding for than anything in this game.

It's the TTK. You can't just outsmart aggressive players anymore.
You have to be forced into a long sweaty gunfight no matter how good your positioning is due to the healing and health.

It’s not necessarily sweaty players, it’s how easy the game is. No recoil, free kills, cosmec device, acoustic, etc. I get dead silence because there are players in the game who have headsets so I’m not concerned with that. Sentry can literally block out a UAV I had to earn, Zero is a slap in the face to skilled players, torque is a campers dream, prophet seeker mines are cancer, strobe light shotgun, dragon breath shotgun, and don’t get me started on nomad and his K9 and trip mines. Honestly not only is this the worst CoD that exists, it’s among the worse FPS games I’ve ever played.
Every time I watch one of thunder's I'm reminded why I shouldn't buy bo4 and with the stuff you named that makes the game unenjoyable confirms I made the right choice

100% agree. Then new generation don’t leave their houses. Fortnite , Cod, nothing is fun anymore they take video games way to serious rather than just sitting back and having fun.
Its nice to know that I’m not the only one who thinks the multiplayer lobbies in BO4 have been so difficult/sweaty. Now I can feel reassured that it’s not my skill that has plummeted, but it’s these try-hard lobbies that I keep getting placed in.
150% black ops 4. My favorite game mode of domination is almost unplayable for me. Even team death match at times can be a complete sweat fest

@Nik3 yeah, no such thing as casual play in bo4. That's why I went back to ww2. All of that mixed with the microtransactions, the overpowered weapons locked behind supply drops, the specialist, the 150 health, and the lack of Activision and treyarch giving feedback and fixing the game based on what the community really wants makes this the worst cod of all time for me, the worst part is that this game had so much potential.
InfinityWardGOAT so judging by all these comments, this game is only bad because there are good players. And can’t stand it when they go against people better then them and call them “Sweats”. So they lobby surf to find noobs and destroy them and give them a bad experience.

I never wanted to be this sweaty but trying to chill and take it easy means getting stomped hard.
BO4 is BY FAR the sweatiest cod ever. Its the only cod that i ever deleted off my hard drive.
I deleted ww2 multiple time lol. Specifically after people would say it got better after an update and the game would still play the same slow pace campy way lol. I don't even play bo4 too, idk why i have it installed.

@Tony99_xx_ yeah ww2 did get better but towards the end of it's life cycle. And yeah i think all the current cods are trash. Haven't bought cod since bo4 lol. Funny cuz i used to think ww2 was slow but thats fast pace compared to what's out no a days.

@@thecataclysman You are right, they are too scared to play solo. They are always atleast in party of 3 using most op shit in the game. Camping their ass of to get streaks and kills. I dont think they have that much skill, its really easy to do well with a party to be honest. And im playing on EU servers too from Finland. But yeah, game is sweaty as hell

Mw2 was Sweaty and toxic. Everyone running around with UMP- silencer, lightweight pro Marathon pro. Lobby’s filled with clans, people cursing each other out. Back then no one brag about their KD, they just wanna 1v1 In rust. Talking about this bring back so many good memories. 😢

A few points about blops1 and how things have changed throughout time.
Spawns in blops1 were completely predictable in blops1, it was very easy to trap people.
And those kids we were stomping in blops1, yeah they've been playing for 10 years now...

For me the most sweatiest cod game has to be bo4 absolutely, i have probably raged more with that game than any other cod game (yet occasionally it can be fun, it has the potential there). Really rage inducing with all the bs like snipers with their bloops after you hit them with like 50 bullets you know, some of the operator mods on the guns, sweatfest is annoying have to go full blown tryhard to compete and that ain't fun when it's everytime and probably there is some other reasons still but those are the ones that come from the top of my head. I started to play online when bo1 was in it's prime time, i had mw2 also at the time so my top 3 is the same as your's really Thunder no difference there my friend. Every lobby is just tryhards for days.
Advanced Warfare was definitely the sweatiest. That game had the craziest movement system with broken ass guns, i dropped it because at a point you couldn’t play it casually whatsoever.
Skill Based Matchmaking was introduced into CoD some years back and it seems like they tighten it more and more.
Remember that period where BO3 tried to implement it secretly but everyone noticed? That was just as sweaty as BO4. Why you think they removed lobby leaderboards? There is a reason behind those ideas.
Peoplw would see that everyone in the lobby was in the same skill.

It also has to do that the competitive E sport community has a ton of say in how games are designed. As the CODs have progressed they feel more and more Arcady and not like you’re fighting in a war zone. They don’t have maps like afghan anymore, just close quarters 3 lane maps.
Hey Thunder, you should try going back and playing WW2. I played a hardcore free for all Lobby the other day and it was pretty chill. I played in the same lobby for an hour and everybody was just real chill
I played hardcore TDM and everyone was camping and proned. I play core TDM and 3 giys were sitting with bipods... I rage quit.

It actually is the chillest cod ive ever played in 2020. Even AW and IW are sweatier. so many chill lobbies. Even when i play against sweat parties i rarely get killed by there scorestreaks and end up getting mine which is impossible to do in bo4. U MUST REINSTALL THAT GAME MAN.

On console sometimes the aim assists snaps to a target that is close if you ads. So I guess they are spamming it so the aim keeps straight on the enemy.

I got drop shot by a level 20 yesterday lol. Also I dropped 50 in tdm and lost cuz 2nd place on my team had 8 kills and last place on the other team had 12 kills lol. The game is unplayable with the skill base / team balance match making

While in Mwr you don't encounter a sweat or a sweaty clan's as often, when you do it makes you wish you had your eyeballs scooped out with a spoon.
Basically what they did was if you want a faster time to kill you got to sacrifice points on operator mod which is good and bad at the same time.

The good old days of BO1 as a casual I didn’t even have a headset back then and I was able to get attack dogs or attack heli relatively easy. BO4 it’s like pulling teeth trying to get streaks (not a fan of using crash)

I literally play cod in the weekends on my couch sitting 1.5m from my tv. I'm the definition of a casual. When I do play multiplayer, it's not a fun experience so many no lifes that need to get a job or go to school.

I'd have to completely agree with your list Thunder. Black Ops 4 is definitely the sweatiest Call Of Duty to date in my opinion. Especially when you've got people shooting at your damn body when you're dead 😂 it's rediculous. People take it too seriously like their life depends on it and it's one of the soul reasons I can't play Black Ops 4. Advanced Warfare was really sweaty as well but at least it got me to prestige the most behind Black Ops 3 and at least it didn't have people shooting at your dead body right after they killed you 😂 and I strongly believe it was only because the game felt different compared to other Call Of Duty games that came before it. I'm praying to god the lobbies won't be this bad in Modern Warfare but I'm not getting my hopes up. The casualness in Call Of Duty has went down hill completely in recent years. Black Ops 1 had the best system like you said. It was so much fun.
