I was certainly interested in what Simon had to say, but he came off a bit arrogant and almost as if he never liked George. I do clearly see he saw business opportunity, but for whatever reason, he didn't express much respect for George's ability to write and sing. George, like many of us, had struggles throughout his life and suffered deeply when things didn't go well or he lost someone dear. Our mistakes and shortcomings don't make up who we are rather It's our kindness and love What he gave to charity and others in need, along with the beautiful catalog of music he left his fans and the world certainly tell it all. The best news is that George continues to have a massive fan base that doesn't forget for one day what a rare, once in a lifetime talent he was.

I know him. He did like him but they were not close. In those early days George was extremely private. Even Simon as a gay man, didn’t know that George was gay in those early days. Their relationship was purely professional. Simon’s job was to manage Wham and take care of them which he did well. He’s a very experienced in artist management and exceptionally bright. A manager isn’t a fan, they have to be pragmatic to do their job. George was complicated - like most artists. Simon most definitely respected George’s talent. I have heard him say that he was the most gifted songwriter.

The Simon Napier Bell documentary was FANTASTIC! I highly recommend it. I've learned more about George Michael than I've ever knew. There is footage I've never seen before and thoroughly enjoyed it. ❤❤❤

This is rubbish. George was an amazing singer right to the very end, an amazing songwriter and performer. He didn't lose his songwriting ability at all. Would you like to ask his millions of fans about his voice and songwriting, the answer would be the same as mine

How could anybody know that he lost his songwriting abilities. George would have songs stored in his memory. They would be revealed once he went into the studio to record.

I seen a tv interview with George and David Austin and he alluded to some strange behavior happening in that school to young boys. Then he has that song where he sings that 'teacher there's some things I didn't want to learn '.. am I the only person who thinks something may have happened when he was young.. he never had any self esteem as an adult.. sad end to a great great man.

George Michael: Portrait of an artist, WHAT A JOKE! The timeaspect is completely wrong. When discussing George's friends...... wrong photos are displayed. Filmen består av en compilation of old interviews... which you've probably already seen. The film concentrates also more on the scandals..... made up by the awful press, instead of talking about George, as a wonderful human beeing and brilliant singer- and songwriter.
