No, you have to purchase the mono fin separately.

Tip to putting it on: put the monofin inside the tail, put your feet in the tail pockets in the monofin, then pull the tail skin up your legs.

I'm about 5'1" and I order the adult x-small. It takes a little practice! You do need to know how to swim without a tail before getting in the water with it on. But it isn't heavy at all which makes it easy to swim in! :)

A much easier way is to put the skin on the monofin and role the skin down and put ur feet in the fin pull up the skin and then ur done! 😁
