I make my own dust spray using hand soap that contains a lot of glycerin and a gallon of 99 cents blue windshield washer fluid cheap and it sticks to the dust like mad! even use it in my model car spray booth to keep the dust down.
Chris personally how did it stack up I have used in in a booth environment and I didn't have to pay and it works in your honest opinion is it worth the price I have to shoot base and clear on a friends Ford fiesta in a garage
Given the price point I would say water might be the more wallet friendly option, only down fall is like I mentioned, with water ,humidity increases and it must stay wet in order to be effective.
Thanks for all the info you bringing Overspray 🤝
Thanks brother , thanks for all the support! 🤝 painters gotta stick together

Haven’t tried the windshield washer fluid, that’ counts like a better method than mine
I think I will stick to water as it's cheaper the 3m is a little expensive thank you a very good experiment great review thank for the video stay safe
Yeah I hear ya on that one, you are welcome stay safe 🙏🏻
like90 has a similar product for a third of the price. somewhere around 30 bucks a gallons and can be diluted too.
Not bad bro might have to check this out but not sure if it will help much on outside porch surroundings. Staying spraying brotha!!
True not sure about that ! Might not make much of a difference , do you wet the floors/dirt with water?
@@Mechaniclyfe yea bro I try to keep them wet even more so during clear
Yeah it’ll def show in the clear if you don’t
have you tried to add elmers glue to your water soap mix?

@@Mechaniclyfe not a fantastic environment I'm going to be doing it in so I'm going to purchase from 3m direct and bill him
Yikes 😳 your stepping into overspray territory lol 😂, 3m might be a good option in that case
@@Mechaniclyfe cheers Chris you've used it in a garage and thatts where I'll be shooting if it comes out crap I'll blame you lmfao 😂😂😂
@@deanbrown7643 hahahaha 😂 might have to put a disclaimer on my videos for now on hahaha 🤣
No just use water lol
Depends on your need , water will cause a lot of humidity In my garage. And once the water drys dust will be airborne again so gotta keep it wet
@@Mechaniclyfe that’s a great point.
