@@qfranklin2777 I know that, I meant is he referring by "deities tend to be clueless" to all the scenes in the MCU where Thor didn't understand human stuff?
I love that the whole storage warehouse sequence is not some mystical threat. Its just Khonshu purposefully trolling Steven, making lights flicker on purpose and teleporting around.
I love it, I think if I was God and I had to deal with lower thinking beings I think I would also be an asshole just cause how annoying they would be and the fact I would also live forever dealing with these types of beings
One of my favorite bits in the 2006 run is when Marc is looking over potential targets and Khonshu is over his shoulder going NEXT, NEXT, NEXT while he looks for someone he thinks Marc will be fine with torturing and mutilating, so he can finally get some kills. Proper messed up, especially with him choosing to appear with a skinned-off face.
I wanna see Moon Knight: Khonshu's Cut, where it's the show from his perspective. Marc, fine fine. Jake, cool I can work with him. Steven - oh gods not again.
@@doramy9689Anytime there's a bunch of carnage, Jake is probably the reason. There's way more than just two people in Marc's body. He's actually appeared before. Just it wasn't stated. In the psych ward scene, when he lashes out, that was Jake. His accent changes, and his mannerisms, as well as a very mean stare he gives like he's going to kill someone, and he's looking around the room like it's the first time he's seen it.
God, this first episode before the reveal was some kinda magic. I liked the show overall, but the first episode really felt to me like the strongest. The mystery was so powerful to the show’s charm I think.
My favorite thing is that Khonshu and Marc were just basically bullying Steven merely for fun in the first two episodes. Like, was that whole thing with Marc shaking his head in the mirror only when the lights were off NECESSARY? Nope. Poor Steven just thought that he's going insane. And was terrified out of his mind. And Khonshu randomly appearing here and there, and making the wind and shaking things to get Steven's attention? Bruh. The two could've easily explain everything to Steven, and he would've listened. But no, they chose to play with him, like they were bored. And even though Steven is my absolute favorite, the more I think about it, the more I find the whole thing funny.

If I remember right in the comics, it was only Marc who put up with Khonshu’s behavior/abuse as I think the other personalities didn’t interact with the god that much especially the Steven persona who I think rarely did if any moon knight stuff (what I remember from the comics Marc and Jake did it never Steven). As Marc hated the god who only gave him grief, pain, and trouble as Khonshu is quite an asshole in the comics.
I don't see him as a bully, I just see him as the kind of person who sees Steven as obstacle and I don't blame him, at first steven didn't even know what was going on and the throwing the gun moment. Who does that?
