How to Make Pancakes

- Cooking pancakes (crepes) with Natalie Mordovtseva. This is one of the traditional Russian and Ukrainian dishes. Please subscribe, more videos will follow!
Here is what you need: 1 liter of milk, 500 grams of wheat flour, six egg, 100 grams of sugar a bit of salt. Mix it all up well in a pot with a mixer and pore it on an iron cast frying pan. Use unsalted butter before poring, so that the pancake does not stick to the pan. Turn it upside down when the edge becomes golden. Use jam, condensed milk, fruits as shown in video as a desert!

Natalie, this is just not right. You are not supposed to put butter on each crepes (it's not pancake). You are supposed to have a thin layer of grease after each crepes is finished. Look at that fried butter on top of your crepes! This is lack of respect for any cook, amateur or not. Learn to cook and then start filiming.

Natalie, if you want people to follow you, you need to tone it down some. The over exaggerated movements and expressions are to much. You also need to tell what and how much you are using of each ingredient as you are going. Other wise people will keep thinking you are doing these as a joke.

Natalie; I’ve been making Pancakes for over 50 years & I have to tell you something. I always have to throw the 1st one away. Every Pancake after that one turns out perfectly. Maybe it has something to do with the heat of the pan. I’ve never tried them with sweetened condensed canned milk but I’m going to try it. Stay safe young Lady. I hope you’ve found happiness.
