I watched the show coz I had seen PSJ in What’s wrong with secretary Kim & loved his performance. I also love Minho coz I’m a SHINee fan. But in the end I loved Hyungsik as the King so much, I rooted for him to be King. I shipped him with A-Ro as well but that ship sank! :(
I love Hyungsik. In the interview he comes off as modest, humble, and focused on others as well as the drama. He doesn't boast or talk a lot about himself. This man is the total package- looks, talent, and personality. 😍
By the way, I think Korea is obsessed with bromance theme in all their dramas and movies. They thrive on getting the guys to be so close that people ship the guys instead. lol.... Go Ara being the only female actress in Hwarang has been left out of promotional events most of the time, especially interviews. It's not fair to her. She put up and excellent performance in a male-dominated drama yet she pulled it off superbly! Hope she will be cast in a movie or drama soon, with Park Seo Jun or Park Hyung Sik! Lee Dong Wook would be fine too! :)

I thought it just me thought about that in the past.... even for other drama (also my favorite) that has a lot male actors ehem Scarlet Heart Ryeo ehem, they include the female lead in the promotional stuffs....
Just like you said, Ara was doing good back than.. imagine being the only actress that shouls be standby all the times at that time.. I bet She is lonely too.. well,I know there are many other actress but Ara was the lead and always have to be there..

Waaaaahhhhh hyungsik has a very vibrant, bright, easing, friendly, openness and humorous personality. And for a guy, it's actually rare for someone to be like that uwu. But so much fmlove for the three of them aaaaaa i can't contain their beauty in one frame.

i fell in love with hyung sik in hwarang .. with the eyes of prince jin heung hyungsik's signature. then started looking for another hyungsik drama, strong women do bong soon. and I fell in love with him very much. especially his role as CEO Ahn Min Hyuk who is cute and adorable. Oh God . I can't forget hyung sik.
hyung shik in hwarang was totally different compared to his previous character in the hiers! and i ended up liking him in hwarang! 😀😊😁 awesome!
Go Ara is prettier in real life than in Hwarang. Love PSJ but fell for Park Hyung Sik looks after watching Strong Woman Bong Soon. Hwarang has one great story, it is a must watch historical Kdrama.

I can't believe Hwarang is officially over now, such a great episode and was happy with the last episode and everything that came together. The actors were amazing, cinematography, acting, musical score. Definitely one of my all time favorites now.

S Korea is always bias against female artistes. We all know that by know. Makes them look stupid while the guys bask in the limelight! Ara was left out in High Cut magazine and some interviews featuring only the 6 guys in Hwarang! Sexist to the core!
Blueberry latte Agreed, I noticed that as well and it seemed bizzare to me that how such an important character in the series could be left out of such events.
In contrast to the Philippine Entertainment Industry where the female actresses have been given more attention than their male counterparts especially when it comes to loveteams when something went wrong the females always get the sympathy while the males even though he didn't do anything wrong because the LT fails will still get the blame most of the times, so Philippines is sexist too! LOL hahahhahha
I think it's because this drama came to be more focused on the guys. When I think of this drama, I think of bromance. I don't think Go ara's character or the romance between her character and Seonwoo was fully developed. I do think she is an excellent actress but unfortunately, the drama was lacking in all her parts. But in other dramas, I've seen a lot of recognition for the female roles as well as the male.,, so idk what everyone else is seeing

Ara has very good chemistry with all her leading men because she is naturally adorable and beautiful and friendly. She is unpretentious, that's why guys and gals like her. Park Seo Joon has great chemistry with her and their love story is so touching in Hwarang. I believe from the press conference interactions that PSJ really has some feelings for Ara. Delulu but it's true. Shipping them!

Yes, But question is - will Park Seo Joon let Ara know that he's interested in her because both Ara and PSJ now have new drama coming up. I really, really wish that they will date in real life and get married because they make such a beautiful couple!! Ara acting with Seo Kang Joon - I'm not too keen on that guy. I want Ara to act with some guy who can raise her profile because she is really talented and under-rated! Let's hope PSJ will focus on his personal life and approach Ara!! :)

Go Ara is one of the top 5 most beautiful Korean actress with no plastic surgery. I've watched her shows since "heading to the ground", "you are surrounded" and now, loving her so much in Hwarang. She has that fantastic X-factor with all the people, especially male co-stars around her. She is friendly and always smiling during filming and bts. I adore her chemistry with Park Seo Jun so much. Although Park Hyung Sik also looks very good with Ara and they ooze chemistry too, somehow, for me, Park Seo Jun at age 29 looks more mature and 'seasoned' in this industry. I love his kisses with Ara in Hwarang and their bts interaction. Ara is so cute and pretty with hazel eyes that captivate all her co-stars. Guys just cannot help being drawn to her not just due to her beauty but her sunny personality which brings positive vibes to the people around her. I hope Park Seo Jun and Go Ara will date in real life. Pity they have no official shipping in Soompi! I miss both of them together! Hope they will act as lovers in a romcom!

Yes, I've seen PSJ's glance at Ara at the press conference too, and at the interview, especially the Japanese interview where Ara said something, Minho laughed and PSJ looked at Ara seriously, then smiled. I think PSJ is trying hard not to fall in love at this time as he wants to focus on his career. But if he misses this chance with beautiful Ara, he might not find such a good match again! I read that Ara is ready to date but PSJ said he's too busy to date so I'm worried that PSJ will ignore his own feelings for Ara.....that'll be so sad.
