I pretty much agree with everything you said except about Pedro and Bella. I just thought this was another case of miscast that is almost as bad as the miscast of the Uncharted movie. Bella was okay but she didn’t really feel like Ellie to me. And Pedro certainly didn’t have the same commanding and intimidating presence of Joel like Troy Baker portrayed. And it felt like the show was more focused on side characters than the two main characters themselves.
I disagree with you on Bella Ramsey as Ellie. But with Pedro as Joel, I can see where you're coming from. No one can match Troy Baker in this role. Thanks for watching.
