Wilson's disease is a rare inherited disorder that causes copper to accumulate in your liver, brain and other vital organs. Most people with Wilson's disease are diagnosed between the ages of 5 and 35, but it can affect younger and older people, as well.
Copper plays a key role in the development of healthy nerves, bones, collagen and the skin pigment melanin. Normally, copper is absorbed from your food, and excess is excreted through a substance produced in your liver (bile).
In this video, we will study Wilson's disease. We will understand why the element copper serves as an important mineral in our body. We will make sure that we give you the best information that you need to know regarding this topic. Reading and passing your exams should be the most important aspect of NCLEX. There's nothing you can do apart from reading to pass it. I always tell my students to follow up with reviews and past questions. Don't always rush 1-15 questions.
Hi remar nurses I just want to let you know that I took my nclex PN on Wednesday.
