I was there on Coronado when it happened! I’ll never forget everyone cheering for the greatest firework entrance ever, not realizing it was the grand entrance AND grand finale 💀
For those wondering why there were people who were disappointed, part of the glitch that wasn't mentioned is that the fireworks went off five minutes before the show was scheduled to start. Some people were arriving there only to find out that instead being there just in time or just slightly late that they had instead missed the entire thing.
"nevertheless that disappointment was a huge disappointment to families who, are not only in San Diego, but from other areas around the country because they know, SD has the best show." ....RICK ARE YOU DRUNK AGAIN?
The bigger problem wasn't that all the fireworks went off in less than a minute. Instead, the bigger problem is that they went off a full five minutes early. Therefore, a lot of people missed it because they were still arriving since the show wasn't supposed to have started yet, much less finished.
I remember this from 10 years ago. It was a good show. It's just that it only lasted 30 seconds. If you blow everything up at once, you get a short show. This is a rule of physics. As far as out-of-towners being disappointed: There's plenty of things to do in San Diego besides watching a once-a-year fireworks show.
THIS is how it needs to be done. I suggest repeating this event, but with 50 times as many fireworks, and light them all off at once !!! It would be historic !!!!!!
I would have paid money to see that. These people don’t know how to celebrate the 4th of July.

Good point. Sorry, I didn't really think it through.
Nobody was disappointed
Unless you missed it because they went to the bathroom
As the lady said in the other video, “ this is the best fireworks ever”.
Disappointed, how sad? You’ll never see another 31 seconds like that in your life. Too bad for you.
No fireworks? Where were you?

It's too late for a revenge, Hiroshima.
A lot of disappointed people need to sit the fuck down!!! This was absolutely amazing
"If you blink you might have missed it"
You mean sleep?
It still looks pretty though, even if it is mainly just a tree of light.
I was there in person in imperial beach. It was short but probably one of the best shows I had even seen in my life.
The education system has completely failed that state.
Disappointed are you flocking kidding me?

Ma guy we did that in Hiroshima :/
We could put this fireworks show on loop and it'd be a great background while we have a zoom party.
How is that a disappointment? That's possibly the best show of all time. When are you ever gonna get to see this?
Cute that they mentioned big bust' twice in this segment.
disappointed? nah nah nah nah go back to ya house and stay disappointed that was epic!
"glitch in the system" ...user error.
Explain that to me. Are you an expert?
I'm not sure why they talk like this is a bad thing
“To see a show that really didn’t happen?” Oh it happened. Lol I would have loved it.
this is the best firework show ever
That Arizona lady is beautiful. Look at her lovely smile.
But she's stupid to be disappointed at least she's pretty
Meanwhile behind the scene: Look, it's a sun!!!
Wow 10 years ago lol
Disappointed? Everyone’s was amazed
That’s one hell of a finale 🤣
Why did the show started at 9:00PM
Because that's a typical time to start a fireworks event???? Even NYE has 9pm events.
@@YoUtUbEhAnDlEsArEgReAt Wow many shows start at 9PM
San Diego wont be paying or hiring again that pyrotechnics company.
24, and the lady from Arizona. Or 23 were disappointed in her disappointment?
