    Various fillings (potato, meat and shawarma) for pastries and samosas.
    *️⃣ Meat filling:
    700 grams of minced meat.
    3 finely chopped onions.
    A quarter cup of olive oil.
    salt.
    Spices 1 teaspoon of: (curry, masala).
    A tablespoon of dried thyme.
    Half a cup of chopped parsley.
    Half a cup of nuts.
    *️⃣ Potato filling:
    4 boiled potatoes.
    Cheese (Mozzarella + Cheddar)
    chopped parsley.
    salt.
    Shawarma filling:
    400 grams of chicken (marinated and cooked).
    black olive.
    Cheddar cheese + mozzarella.
    Capsicum cup.
    3 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
    1) To prepare the meat filling:
    In a hot frying pan, add the meat and oil, stir well from time to time to remove the liquids in the meat, then add the finely chopped onions and add (salt, curry, masala, and thyme) stir well, and leave the meat to soften with the onions, after it is ready, leave it to cool, then add the chopped parsley and walnuts .
    2) To prepare the potato filling:
    Mash the boiled potatoes to soften and leave to cool, then add salt, cheese and parsley, mix well.
    * It is possible to add sweet paprika to the potatoes.
    3) To prepare the shawarma filling:
    Add to the marinated and mature chicken after letting it cool down, black olives, cheese, pepper and mayonnaise, stir well.
