Hi guys! Today I am renovating a home that came with The Sims 4 Eco Lifestyle! I turned this one bed, one bath home into a two bedroom, and two bathroom family home! I hope you enjoy, thanks for watching!

What Reshade do you use?
- I use a re-shade preset by @Harrie • The Sims 4: ReShade Mo...
( I have made few edits to this preset, I turned off both LiftGammaGain and Colourfulness and I turned on LumaSharpen )

If you didn't know the chairs and table you love so much are a recreation from Sims 1, same for the TV. Also the box does work, it's a second inventory, like the university chest

A tip for when you use debug fences is to place a actually fence inside of that fence! Hope this helps ❤️

If you use a fence underneath the liveedit fence, like the yellow and black flat one you can stop Sims from walking through it. You might need to hide it a little, but it works for me!

Firebird legacy edition is completely "offline" by now, and you can't add packs to it.
That dining chair sure as hell looks a lot like the ones in my grandma's dining room. lol real nostalgic!

I really love the renovation of the house!❤️ I imagine the people who live here is a single mom who works as a artist and her daughter though she likes art too wants to be a scientist or work with technology when she grows up!☺️

Not gonna lie, I prefer Sims 3 over 4, but 4 has all these different new things you can do, including tiny homes like this... Wish this was actually possible with Sims 3, really nice renovation!

Oh, and a side note: that song at the end broke me a bit, it's lovely, I can't wait for it to make me cry when I listen to it on repead

I think the trashed house would be a great idea! Maybe you could do something that’s half torn down or abandoned, that’s been taken over by squatters. It’d be an awesome fixer upper challenge ☺️
Yes! Please do build a trashed fixer upper!!! (preferably a 30x40 lot so there's room for expansion) I love your builds so so so much and I play in your SimLicy save file - it would be perfect for my gameplay/storylines. Almost every time I start a new save I want to use a beat up broken down trashed house and then I have my sim renovate it and take lots of pictures of her work. Too bad we don't have an interior designer/house flipper career in the game.

Love how this turned out! I've been looking forward to seeing you renovate the houses that came with this pack. I love the fixer upper idea! One of my favorite things to do in the Sims 3 was renovate this rundown house in Sunset Valley (if you played you KNOW what house I'm talking about). It's like got a ton of water in the front but its really ugly and I loved slowly fixing it, it always turned out to be a pretty lot once I was making money and was able to fix it up.
Very nice job. I really like what you did with this build. And I absolutely love the music track you used on this. Well done.

This house is actually the same starter house EA built for discover University the one near the elderberry family with nobody living there it just has a few little changes I noticed this instantly when I moved my sim there
The buid is beautiful and the pack looks so good! My biggest pet peeve with it so far is the fact that one of the plants added are just the mix resized of a base game trash can e cats and dogs flowers. I saw it and now i cannot unsee it lol
I want this pack solely for the toddler bed. It’s so cute!
I'd love to see you take on an older home undergoing a renovation...like maybe the kitchen is SUPER modern and renovated, whereas the living room in super outdated, and maybe one bathroom is under construction, one is very modern and one is very old. I think it could be a fun challenge :)

Ah, what a beautiful build!! You could make a junkyard, like a micro home for a Sim, but in a junkyard. I guess that lot with have the container house would be perfect! You use the debug so well that I could image this build being perfect building by you!!!
The CAS and build/buy in this expansion is SO good!

If you’re using a live edit object fence but want it to act like an actual fence you can use the little fence from get to work to draw under it

I wondered why they duplicated the fences in the eco pack when they were in the base game debug. However, very excited to see that they DON’T walk through my favorite fence if it’s from debug from the Eco Lifestyle pack!

I’m so very happy with this pack. 😌 I love ❤️ they new chance cards. I hope they update the relationship system and give us the TS2 chemistry back for in depth relationships soon. Then I will LOVE ts4.
I know you said community lots take you more time, but it would awesome to see you take a stab at the new Community Spaces. The ones in the new world are nice, but they could use that SimLicy touch.

The reason why your sims wont eat on the table it is because you moveobjects the items on the table. So technically the game won't recognize them as ON the table, but items that are obstructing the space with the table, if that makes sense. At least that is what I think usually happens. I get the same issue with desks and the PC. I have to make my sims sit first on the desk chairs then choose an interaction with the PC.

My favorite fence is the one next door to this house. Just filter debug for this pack only and they offer it in 3 sizes I think 🤔 and sims can’t walk through this version. 😃

I know this is 2 yo but in future I want to rebuild the Sims 4 neighborhoods as it was in Sims 3, even though I've never played the Sims 3 but I could watch a lets play to get to know the story of the neighbors and the worlds. I would even rebuild the world to look as it was in Sims 3 but trying to mantain the old and just renewing it.
