DiC. Known by those in the industry as Do It Cheap. They were responsible for some of the worst localization, and worst animation ever. They totally butchered Sailor Moon, and because my GF saw that version first, I could not get her into the later, more accurate dub of Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon. The DiC intro to that show sounds like a bunch of disinterested 15-year-old girls.
