  • A key component of LIHEAP is treating customers and caseworkers with respect. During this NEUAC session, state and tribal LIHEAP program managers talked about the diverse ways they've worked to improve customer experience for clients, as well as the steps they've taken to ease intake and processing workload for frontline staff, and for ensuring the personal safety of those staff.
