As someone who is about to probably move to a rainy cold state form the sunshine state you described this as a pretty good place to live. How would you describe the Bellevue area? How would you compare Bellevue/Kirkland to Capitol Hill?
Thaddeus Fasnacht I’m moving there too in Nov. I don’t know much but what I do know is that Cap Hill is one of the More popular places people go for entertainment. It’s like the party central. University district is similar too I think. I think Bellevue/Kirkland would just be much quieter since it’s further from downtown.

Capitol Hill was better in the 90's.. Seattle was better in the 90's!
