I found pods in the woods while walking with a friend. Full of spikes, and full of seeds. We were curious to see if they were edible, so we ate a few seeds. We had an experience of euphoria for a few minutes, then our stomachs turn. We got really hot and thirsty. We felt sick for hours. Our fingers felt like they were full of tiny needles. The next day we tried a smaller amount, but still felt the effects of being ill. We relised the seeds were poisonous, even with a small dose.
