4 pcs tofu ( bean curd)
2 packets rice noodles ( kway teow)
3 tbsp cooking oil
3 tbsp chinese sesame oil
small onions 4
garlic 8 cloves ( chopped fine)
mushroom stock 1 tsp
chilli powder 1 tsp
small tomatoes 3
chives / kucai 1 cup
red chillies 2
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp
caramel sauce 3 tbsp
mushroom sauce 1 tbsp
sweet soya sauce 4 tbsp
( all the above 3 sauces is up to your preference how much u like to use)

Hi sis. You can just discard the mushroom stock if you dont have or dont like. Mushroom sauce is an option also. Can subs with vegetarian oyster sauce. Or can just discard that too. Thank you sis. Maybe some dont like my voice. Im testing sis. 🙂

So soggy! Kueh Teow frying outcome should not be like this. Looks like what you get on a plate of Kueh Teow goreng Kerang at Malay stalls.
U mean cooking kway teaw has a rule? Take it easy. Everybody makes it differently as per how they like it. I like it this way. Chinese Indian Malay everybody cook it differently....
