Lillian Folsom it’s still micro plastic, so it’s not really edible edible. It’s honestly just normal craft glitter that has been sanitized to be foodgrade
@@GamerGirlLom actually luster dust is made from titanium dioxide, iron oxide, carmine, and mica. All of which are totally edible things. Actual edible glitter is made of sugar, acacia, maltodextrin, cornstarch, and color additives. I know that lip gloss companies do use the microplastics as glitter in their products, but I'm not 100% sure if it's harmful to the body, it's probably fine. I'm just saying that if I personally were to produce such a product, I would use edible glitter, since most of it ends up in your mouth anyway.
