With the first flush of rains, soil awakens
Sprouting a symphony of scents,
The fragrance of Mother Earth
Lotus blooms rise from murky mud
Spraying sweet perfume, with gentle grace
Trees with leaves rustle and sway
Spread their scents in a subtle way
Jasmine, champa, roses, peonies
Dance in glee, a kaleidoscope of hues
Birds and bees sing in joy
Intoxicated by fragrant flowers
Nature rejoices, to a rhapsody in music
O Divine Queen of the Universe, Holy Mother
You drench us with love and compassion.
The celestial music awakens the Goddess.
Her Divine voice a melody, purifies ether
Her breath like ambrosia nourishes
Her touch a blessing to our senses
