The sneaker era is an explanation of how to grow as a person as ryujin said "its time now stand up stand up" and to put your sneakers on now its time to grow in your shoes to walk the walk. Its still self empowerment but from a bubblegum pop view. The concepts show how shoes originated (first concept) how its dynamic and everchanging (army boots and other variations in the second concept) and how far theyve come in designs for gen z (new kids look) people said this was their flop era but imo its sooooo catchy.
Itzy are Queens they slay every sing they do my bias is Lia and also my younger autistic brother loves these girls and his fav song by them is "Loco".

allot are confused about thinking that sneakers is about shoes!! but it's a metaphoric by using the sneakers as a symbol of being free because we put sneakers we want to be comfortable with our self not to put the uncomfortable shoes just to please others

Boys like you was NOT a comeback. It was a pre-release MV and song ahead of Cheshire, it is on the Cheshire album as a bside. IT was meant to be promoted in the USA as an all english single, it was released 4 days before their US tour started but they canceled all the TV and Radio promotion for Boys Like You because of the Itaewon tragedy on Halloween and the MV had a halloween party theme. Thy had to observe a national morning period per Korean standards and did not do any press for their US Tour during the tour. So it was a missed opportunity that was beyond their control. BUT it was NOT a comeback.
Even though they were both written by the same Swedish duo, "Boys" I think is still a better song and maybe a better M/V as well. So many people said "Sneakers" was just like a Kidz Bop song and now I can't get that out of my head.
even though I don't know much about groups other than BTS and Blackpink... but I really like Itzy
