In this model, is the electron vibrates (according to physics, above absolute zero temperature, theres no completely zero motion of atoms and subatomic particles) instead of circulating.around protons (Bohr model)? And how to apply quantum mechanics here? Is the energies of electrons in this model also discrete? If it is discrete, then Thomson model is more accurate than Bohr model cause in bohr model, it cant describe accelerating electrons to radiate EM radiation. For me, it will violate conservation of energy. The electrons total energy circulating around nucleus is already conserved yet it still radiating energy. 🤔. So for me, thomson model better describe the arrangement of atom. Vibrating electrons can loose energy to radiate energy (EM wave).
