I don't know barely anything in DS2, but there was one weapon that I really wanted to learn and see more of just cause of how meme it is. Its those crab claws weapons, which make for a perfect offcolour zoidberg cosplay. Saw a pvp vid of those back in the day and never anything on them since. I'll sub and hope to see some more cool routing and satisfying builds.

it's a pretty great weapon to be honest, I did a playthrough using the Blue Moon Greatsword and the Moonlight Greatsword. The Blue Moon can actually out damage the Moonlight Sword since it can be buffed. I had it Magic infused, sorcery clutch ring and crystal magic weapon and it is pretty powerful. Only thing that sucks is the low durability.
The moonlight greatsword will always be my favorite weapon of all time. Also idk if you know but it used to be able to be magic weapon buffed but was nerf’d from being op
Tried this build before, The reason RoB didnt add damage is because the MLG is 100% magic damage instead of physical damage, Also, i think the MLGs used to be meta so they nerfed it to the ground, I liked the part where Mytha grabbed you lol
Yeah I didn’t figure it out until I got the RoB+1 lmao, it’s a shame :/ honestly it being nerfed would explain why the damage output fell off for most late game bosses. Lmaoo, I definitely didn’t enjoy Mytha grabbing me ….

the reason the r2 did no damage was because the devs didnt want the dlc bosses to get cheesed by spells so they gave them crazy resistances against sorceries which includes the mlgs r2 for some reason lol

Though No one told you that the Sorcery Clutch Ring from the Iron King DLC adds more damage to the Moonlight GS as it flat increases All Magic Damage. Like how the Lightning Clutch ring buffs lightning infused weapons amd miracles, dark clutch increases hexes and dark infused 🥹 A shame. On my Caster build I use the Moonlight sword magic infused for that far S scaling and with the Sorcery clutch ring 🤌 It's beautiful. It adds like 35ish more points of AR which is also applied to the special R2

Bluemoon gs has the highest ar in raw infusion. Like 430 without any rings, and you need only 14 str to 2 handed it.... You could have made it raw and pump everything into magic for the mlgs.

I have beaten Dark Souls too many many times, eight times going on nine times to be precise. I have done a lot of quests that I felt were fun for me to do, I've gotten a lot of the armors but still have many more to collect and some I've never even seen. I have beaten every boss albeit the second Smelter Demon and Alonne. I have beaten the game with a club build, a duel hand Club build, a Ultra Greatsword build, a pyromancy build, and I'm doing a playthrough right now using a combination of sorceries and hexes. I beat about 40% of the game so far using only the fire longsword and recently upgraded. Decided to kill poor Hugo and get his fake Moonlight Greatsword. I love this game so much for its variety and mechanics that Dark Souls never goes back to. I love seeing people create wacky content an interesting builds in this game. And I remember when benheart finally gave me his sword at the end of his quest line I was so pissed off at how crappy the sword was. It had amazing physical damage and overall was a really good early game weapon but for a new game plus one weapon it disappointed me so much that I killed him. Only to find out the spider boss in Brightstone gives you the Moonlight Greatsword on New Game Plus. I remember feeling so bad because he genuinely thought he had a great sword that had been in his family for generations for being so strong. But unfortunately he had a copy and in his quest to prove his sword was so powerful he ends up giving it to a person who immediately kills him.😅
Yeah you right bro, there’s a lot of items there too so it’s definitely worth considering! I like the black gulch method cause I get a lot of souls from farming the chunks, but farming takes longer most of the time, so it’s probably not as efficient haha. Thanks btw!

Idk why but I don’t enjoy ds3 as much, I used to do several different builds when It first came out, but I never got back into it since like 2018.
