what type of guitar is this?

At around 16:30 there is a good view of the headstock, it shows an Eastman logo, don't know the model number, but the guitar has a double cut-away, so strong odds are it is a semi-hollow body. And ..Thanks to Mr. Applegate for this excellent video.
