Here’s a hot chocolate recipe.
Ingredients:
2 cups/ 474 ml water
2 cups/ 474 ml milk
1/4 cup/ 50g granulated sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
A pinch of salt (optional)
You will need two saucepans for this
Put the milk in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, stirring consistently. Combine the water, sugar, and cocoa powder in a different saucepan. Bring to a boil, also stirring occasionally so the sugar doesn’t burn. Pour the milk into the now boiling water, sugar, and cocoa. Enjoy!
Also if you’re going to complain that there’s water in this recipe, get a life. Like if you want to make your Swiss miss instant piss be my guest, but don’t complain here

Since it was requested, Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Crust
7 Graham crackers or digestive biscuits
1 tablespoon sugar
2-3 tablespoons melted butter
Mix graham crackers in a food processor until it’s small crumbs. Add the sugar and butter. Blend for a few more seconds. Take the crumbs and spread them on the bottom of a springform pan. Press the crumbs down until a crust is formed.
Cheesecake
2 1/2lbs/ 1.135kg cream cheese
1 3/4 cups/ 351g granulated sugar
1 finely grated lemon zest (lemon peel)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
5 large eggs+ 2 more egg yolks
1/2 cup/ 118ml heavy cream
Preheat your oven to 500F/ 260C
Using a standard mixer, beat the cream cheese until creamy on high speed, scraping down the sides of the bowl regularly. Slowly add the sugar while mixing. Beat the sugar and cheese mixture for 1-2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Beat in the lemon zest and vanilla. Add the eggs one at a time. Mixing well and scraping the sides of the bowl off after each one. On low speed beat in the cream. Pour the batter into the crust. Cook for 15 minutes at 500F/ 260C. Reduce heat to 200F/ 93C and cook for and hour. Turn the oven off and prop open the oven door. Let the cake cool in the oven for 30 minutes. Transfer the cake to a cooling rack and take off the pan ring. Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least 6 hours. Serve and enjoy!
