Mr. Beast's advice at the beginning is literally the only advice you need for any creative endeavor. Anything else you study is studying the craft and it's GREAT to have a teacher that knows how to shorten your learning journey. But from a philosophical sense Mr. Beast just told you everything you need to know. I have students that ask why they can't get something. I will often say (if they are in the mental space to receive it) "because you haven't failed enough yet".
Powerful advice. I found it especially helpful to see how some creators focus on “I really want to create this video”, and not just “this should get views.”
I love Casey's tip. I feel like most people don't do it because they don't get started, and then the people that do most fail because they're just not patient
1. Get to work and post 2. Don’t worry about your niche 3.
Basically what you have to do is.. 1. post on a schedule so viewers know when to expect a new video 2. post videos about trends and be the first to post about it 3. good editing (learn overtime) and thumbnails And most importantly be patient and don’t give up if content creation is your dream. Nothing will happen overnight.

Thank you all so much! I needed this.
The advice to make 100 videos is really sensible, it's unrealistic to expect a huge following without plenty of content. I'm up to 43 videos in just over a year which is nowhere near enough, and it's hard sometimes to keep going, but the best piece of advice I heard was that the people who are definitely going to fail are the ones that give up. It may take time, but keeping going is the main thing, and enjoy the journey. 👍

Thank you for this. I am at a point which I stopped swimming against the current, and I am just enjoying the process. The prospect of helping young children master two languages is exciting, but I am not there yet. I am just enjoying the process of making the videos and helping my little one get fluent in Spanish. Which was the whole point of creating the channel on the first place. At some point I got caught with the anxiety of getting monetized, as some of us do. But I release all that and decided to focus on the process and on my main goal of having my daughter be fluent in Spanish so she can communicate with our family back home. Whatever comes after that, is a bonus.

the key thing people are missing is no matter how good your videos are you won't make it unless you are younger as UA-cam and brands don't like older creators
I've been on UA-cam for 1 week and I'm killing it. Just get out and do it. My mentality is "The guys at UA-cam work everyday, why should they favor a creator who doesn't work everyday"
To all my fellow content channels on your channels, we're only going to be 1% better every day. Let's make this our focus, keep grinding and believing. We have this family. Let's get him!
Great content and compilation Think Media! Wonderful work. I'm a bit sad though, one of the UA-camrs who, I feel, had the most replayable videos has been lost to internet obscurity. His videos were something I looked forward to after high school. Such quick edits. Funny humor. I wonder what UA-cam advice David Dobrik would give to people dreaming of starting a UA-cam channel.
I've started to niche down personally with Zelda right now, and currently I'm focusing on improving the quality of my shorts to provide the best content as possible. I still struggle looking at views but when that happens I shake it off and continue to learn and improve and find what quality entertainment can I provide to viewers
Thank you for this great advice! Best advice "it takes time". As a new UA-camr it can get very frustrating but having realistic expectations will put things in perspective 😀
Of course, the godfather of creative video, Casey, ends the video with the huge take home of just grinding it out. I just started this week being consistent on a handful of different platforms. My views are only double digits, but it's encouraging to know that I'm in good company with people like Mr. Beast when they started. Great video!
Awesome content creators-to-be, let's come together here. My main point from this video is not to overanalyze your niche or what subject to create a video about. Just go ahead and make the video. Completing it is better than waiting for perfection.
This is some incredible advice from some really talented creators! Bottom line is to work hard and continue working hard long after the others have given up. Each video is a better creation than the last. Focus on the content and not the analytics and you will succeed! Thank you all who contributed!!!
Small UA-camr here. I’m only 8 videos in, and I agree with the 100 video mark. We gotta keep pushing content out, and getting into the swing of things. We can do it guys, get better with each video and stay consistent!
Super helpful! Just started my channel on self-development. I may not have many subscribers now but I had 0 before. Videos like this help me keep going when I feel like I am not making any progress or compare myself to those with millions of views and subscribers. For everyone working towards their dreams, don’t ever give up! Hope to share my story of triumph with you in a few years and share my progress.
Wow. There's a lot to consider and absorb from this video. A lot of helpful advice. But, what Mr. Beast said right at the beginning resonated with me. "Talk to me after your hundredth video...make a hundred and then we'll talk." I'm feeling this. It feels so true.
As a small content creator I can confirm this is actually useful when I first started out my channel I was more worried about what people would like instead of that I do video's I enjoy like games, reactions basically things I watch but add my own twist to it!
There is no one way that works and everything is just too random and case sensitive to work the same for everyone, which is why hearing from a lot of different people is always interesting. They are talking about it from the perspective of what worked for them, and for a huge portion of channels that is not going to be what works. Even if everything is top tier quality, from production to writing to thumbnail, it doesn't guarantee you views and viewers at all. That said, there are good practices to follow regardless and that will help future proof your content and channel. But there just isn't one way of breaking through, aside perhaps of the most major trending topics but by and large most channels are in some other random niche.
im a new youtuber and every video i make is very incremental. the little details are what are falling into place and over all the improvement is gradual but steady and this is a nice organic progression for "the algorythm" at the same time as building something with traction and authenticity and high quality
This video was much needed. Over years I would go and come to youtube and want to make videos, but school. Had to focus on school, a "future", I wish I didn't stop 8 years ago. I even noticed myself getting better each video, but then because I stopped I lost it.
Here's what I'm realizing, having made some videos that were over half a million views (alt acc): assume that there will always be someone better than you in any niche. I think the distinction between your proficiency in that niche is your personality, effort and enthusiasm for it, and it's reflected to viewers who see it. Example: I started a channel on how to grow facial hair and my channel blew up out of no where, reaching 100k views on my second video in a day. I think what led to this was peaking curiosity and being relatable in some sense. I have since removed all of my videos, as YT policies on certain products and Amazon affiliates didn't like the product I was promoting, as it's not intended for growing facial hair. In the future, I might just make videos about some other topic, but what's important is that I'm actually interested unlike my last channel. Monetizing passion is difficult as they can be conflated in some degree.
Great advice! Thank you for this! In a week i have a settled day where I'll find ways to learn from these types of people who are established on their platform. It's amazing how it works to grow the channel. Learning is really vital as a small creator even established ones. Lets keep on believing in what we do not see yet and trust the process. We'll get there. ✨

Hello, let's talk...I've got something for you 🎁
R u guys in the uk?
@@alexkoroma2336 hey Alex, I didn't quite get your question
@@nomagix are you base in the UK 🇬🇧?
@@alexkoroma2336 nah
This is some incredible advice from some really talented creators! Bottom line is to work hard and continue working hard long after the others have given up. Each video is a better creation than the last. Focus on the content and not the analytics and you will succeed! Thank you all who contributed!!!
This is an exceptionally informative and well put together video! Thank you so much for this compilation!
Hello, let's talk...I've got something for you 🎁
Loved this video and everything that was said. More specifically, the advice/words said by Sean and Casey really stood out to me. Thank you for this.
Solid video, even larger channels have something to learn 🤙🏻
15 minutes of drinking from a firehose of quality advice! Great video!
Brilliant video guys. Thanks for sharing that. Casey’s comments at the end were 🔥
thats why he is the most successful here in youtube coz he is soo focused on what his goal is and down to earth at the same time
For a beginner like me, UA-cam is hard and quite frustrating but you have to keep going and be better in the process.
One of the best videos I have ever watched on this channel. Thanks a million.
Wow. There's a lot to consider and absorb from this video. A lot of helpful advice. But, what Mr. Beast said right at the beginning resonated with me. "Talk to me after your hundredth video...make a hundred and then we'll talk." I'm feeling this. It feels so true.
Hello, let's talk...I've got something for you 🎁
As a small content creator I can confirm this is actually useful when I first started out my channel I was more worried about what people would like instead of that I do video's I enjoy like games, reactions basically things I watch but add my own twist to it!
Awesome video, thank you for sharing this UA-cam blueprint with us! Creators keep grinding, Cheers!
Hello, let's talk...I've got something for you 🎁
This video was much needed.
Small channel here! Love hearing all the advice! Hope everyone takes off and lives their dream!
First and foremost all your content is fantastic!! Appreciate what you do for the UA-cam community especially the beginners such as myself. My takeaway is Mr. Beast's statement about make a 100 videos and improve something every time.
Agree ❤
Wow! So much actionable advice in one video. Thanx a lot. UA-cam can change your life. Constant learning and perseverance is everything!

Am a Psychologist & has a channel of about 7,000 subs only but it gives me a minimum of 50-60 clients per month which pays me more than my full time job at hospital 😂

This advice was seriously awesome. I feel like I have a solid idea of what I want my channel to be like and a good plan to get it going. But I'm super green when it comes to all of this. And this advice was some of the best I've heard. THANK YOU
