Love this one, Chaz. I like that in this one you hold the poses for just the right amount of time--not too long, not too short. It's also nice that you don't talk throughout the practice, like some channels do, but keep the focus on the pose and the breath. I've used some of your other videos too and added them to my playlist. You seem like a genuinely kind person. :) God bless you.
The arm stretch was new to us, and it was a nice addition; could really feel it. Suggestion From Vermont: “Yoga for Winter Shut-ins”. Many of us live in climates that drive us indoors where we can feel the declines in our activity. Any suggestions for us?
