In streams whenever something 'unlikely' (or even one good roll nowadays...) happens, ppl just say it's prerecorded so that the streamer have already recorded the game before (and thus he picked a game that looked good) and now is just acting like it's happening live. It's a joke. Nobody really usually thinks that anybody has prerecorded the games streamer play when they stream, but it's just a meme thing to say whenever anything 'unlikely' happens.
