She(tanu garg) just became SBI po in 2023 and now she is taking interviews seriously?? There were 1700 students who got selected in SBI po 2023. So, just like her they all should start taking interviews na?? From very experienced people taking interviews to just selected aspirants with zero experience in the banking sector taking interviews I wasn't expecting this from guidely! Please don't do this for ibps and SBI po interviews please!
Other states selecting local candidates.... Meanwhile bihari and Bengalis are dominating the banking head office in Assam or any North eastern states and gives priority to them only... many candidates told me please select Hindi language for interview never choose Assamese .... it's a shame for Assamese people 🥲....Our local organisations never raise any questions... Few days earlier I went to my nearest branch in my district and there one Bengali clerk scolded a woman please fill the form in English i don't know assamese 😐....

Wow, seeing Tanu Garg ma’am as a panelist is so inspiring! Someone who has recently cleared SBI PO herself and is now part of the mock interview process, her insights are just next level. This kind of collaboration really boosts motivation. Looking forward to more sessions like this in the future!
You are 1st class student or what can't you know the eligibility of an interviewer Is she qualify SBI PO means she is so much talented and have right to check anyone personality and knowledge which certainly she also doesn't have she just can't completed her 1 year of joining and sitting here to give advice of interview
@@shashigarg8682 Replying from your previous comm again It’s not surprising for me to see someone like you undermine Tanu Garg's accomplishments without understanding the depth of her achievements and contributions. So let me explain this- Tanu cracked the SBI PO exam: "a notoriously challenging, highly competitive exam" on her first and last attempt. That's a rare accomplishment in itself. Yet, instead of simply moving on, she chose to give back to the other aspirants community. She built a powerful platform on Y T and T G, with over 15,000 and 9,000 followers respectively, within just six months. This isn't about luck; it’s a reflection of the genuine value she provides to aspirants, who eagerly seek her guidance, strategies, and motivation. Tanu was invited to join the interview panel precisely because her recent success gives her a uniquely relevant perspective that resonates with current aspirants, something decades of experience often cannot capture. Her insight into today’s examination process, her thorough understanding of what current aspirants face, and her relatable, recent experience are invaluable. Dismissing her role reveals a fundamental misunderstanding of what adds real value to candidates preparing to enter the banking sector. Tanu’s commitment to this community is remarkable as balancing a demanding SBI job, personal commitments, and continuous support to countless aspirants who look up to her. Her contributions and success have earned her this role. Criticizing her for not having “30 years of experience” misses the entire point. Tanu’s fresh achievements and insights are exactly what today’s aspirants need, and your comment does nothing to diminish the impact she’s already had on thousands who recognize her value. Now, as for your questions: No, Guidely likely won’t respond to such a naive comment. But if you’re really looking for an answer, here it is: Yes, Tanu is experienced enough, qualified enough, and has every right to be on that panel. Instead of questioning someone who’s achieved so much, perhaps it’s time to focus on accomplishing something yourself.
