One of my all time favourite movies, don't understand why it flopped at the box office, story, cast and special effects were brilliant for the time. The the 30ft Titanic model that was used to was left to rot away.

And very poignant when the Titanic is being towed in and you can see the Twin Towers.
I'm sure no one could guess their tragic fate 21 years later. I cry every time I see the scene where she is towed into New York in "Raise the Titanic".

I love the scene where she's been towed into New York where she gets the welcome she should have gotten in 1912. I cry every time I watch it.

Great graphics but how they are showing the ship isn't realistic it's in two sections miles away from each other
In 1980 nobody knew that the wreck was separated into two parts.
Laura butts the movie was made years before she was discovered. The revelation it had split only occurred when she was discovered.
