Farmer phills local mart would be ballymahon mart, so you could use that for the animal dealership in the southeast of the map instead of using a farmyard. Map looks great. Beglys pub is a good country pub in Longford that you could model one after, there is also the glenview pub/restaurant. You should try and get 4d moddings grass textures that they use, and the crop textures to make the map more realistic.
If ya can, you should try and get corn Hill in the background for the map. The extended animal system mod would be great to see. Looking great! I'll definitely be putting in a few hundred hours on this map

Sadly not, it's just slightly outside of the dem I used. There will be plenty of houses dotted around the pace though.
