I think the disproportion between actual human proportions and a robloxian's proportions might have an effect. Pretty good for roblox standards

you really dont know how it works 1. collisions are already disabled as soon as you spawn the character 2.there are no collisions in the animation editor
I think what's missing is the torso area where in roblox it's only a single part, but in the video, you could see the guy bending his torso to the front a bit. So I think you should try and see if you could get a different model with bending capabilities on the torso.
yeah there’s two, kinda short tho most game rigs outside of roblox have a Spine_3 so i vote for a MiddleTorso, itd make certain games with slim characters a bit better aswell

Considering there trying to make faces animated in real time. They could Mabye use that tech to help with it

I think you should try with Rthro, because normal roblox avatars don't really have correct proportions compared to us humans. Maybe with Rthro you'd be able to see the finer movements aswell because the limbs aren't as thick

Pretty good, you just need to intensify the smaller movements because the ai doesn't detect it very well.
Turning off collisions will do justice, since the model doesn't want to hit itself it gets wobky
