This video was actually super helpful because i finished the story and was wondering if the gt characters were dlc or not
Always wondered why I have so many empty slots on the character select screen, this really soothes the mind on that, thanks for putting in the work for this bro!
A note on Hit since I started playing around the Supreme Kai of Time free DLC and downloaded all the packs prior to playing: I did all of Hit's mentor lessons and was able to unlock regular Hit that way. However, I believe I had to wish for Awoken Hit.

@@ireneandemah4491 it’s a free update. Just go to the world tournament area and talk to Trunks when the event is active. Which I think it is now.

Thanks a ton for the Supreme Kai of Time and the DLC pack breakdown. The online shops were unorganized and non-descriptive so I never bought anything. Maybe now I can think about buying one, but I still need more info about each individual one. Like the clothes, super souls (what they do), and accessories. I don't know who was in charge of their game page but they should've fixed that a long time ago. It just bothers me that people still buy it with so little information. Are they all worth it?

The Super Soul "Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!" is super helpful against World Tournament Goku, so if you find yourself always getting hit by his Kamehameha, pick it up.

In all of my time playing Xenoverse 2 I literally had no idea that you could even get Demigra, Final Form Mira and Half Corrupted Zamasu 😭😭😭😭

@@joeycampbell5680 yes you can get them I tried it. There were no mods in this video. You have to buy the Fused Zamasu, Demigra and Mira gifts from the tp medal shop then give them to Fu. Sadly you can only use them in Crystal Raids and Training mode. Don't believe me try it for yourself.

Hope you get what your after, your first free character unlock should be Hit (base form)
I haven’t summoned shenron yet but I know you have an option to wish for more usable characters
Maybe restart your game or system a few times?

I legitimately have been trying to get the supreme Kai of time since it came out in last year. She is the only character slot I have locked. I feel like gathering the dragon balls would be easier to get then to unlock her 😂

Really hope there’s another conton tournament this year cause I haven’t played or kept up with Xenoverse in years and this was exactly what I wanted the entire time!

I really hope the tournament and the gift characters will become a permanent addition to the offline game in the future. We shouldn't have to wait for god knows how long to unlock characters that aren't online exclusives. I hadn't played Xenoverse 2 in years till now because of DLC 13, but now I'm going back and forth to the tournament area to find the tournament. I even keep looking on the internet in hopes of finding a tournament event schedule. Plus looking at those locked character slots makes me feel like the game is laughing at me lol.

they need to make it so you can use the raid characters so if like you wanna play an offline match with ur friend you can use them

Note on completing PQ quests for characters: I have been able to unlock Yamcha-Supervillian by playing the quest "Yamcha is Number One" and completing the Ultimate Finish requirements, and still losing. To rephrase, I was able to complete objectives to unlock the Ultimate Finish, but died during the fight with Yamcha-Supervillian, and I still unlocked him.
I don't think you need to get the Ultimate Finish for some of these quests. I think just triggering the Ultimate Finish is all you need to do. If you do and still die during the Ultimate Finish portion of the mission, you will still unlock the corresponding character regardless.
basically just do the parallel quests and by the end you're gonna have 99% of all characters/variations
