Neville made a common error in this lecture. In John 18:5 ƒƒ Jesus when told they were seeking him answered "I Am". It doesn't seem logical or grammatical without adding "he", "I Am He", but the point is that Jesus is "I Am", just as in John 8:58, Jesus tells the Pharisees "Before Abraham was, I Am."
