The purge number in my printer is not the same as this one ---I tried several times but I guess there will be a different code to use...?

hi! when i did the first step, there was no machine error 46 in the screen.. just "inkbox nearfull see troubleshooting user's guide". and then when i was still following your instructions, PURGE 00000 was in my screen, not PURGE 09097. so it's not working for my printer. PLEASE HELP... thank you
