Ive had mine for two months and I've gone through 3 blades! The water feed hits the tile but repels off of the blade. You all need to figure out how to make the water hit the blade. Also, The water cascading in front of the cut makes it hard to see where you're suppose to cut. The back plastic tray sags as well. Other than that, It's a great saw : )
Hi Frank. Are you sure you're using the Python Cooling System correctly? If you lower the nozel to just above the tile you're cutting, it should cool the blade really well.
I second everything Frank has said. The blade gets zero water on it when cutting. It overheats and makes for one heck of a battle cutting some materials. The blade is doused with water when the saw is not turned on. When turned on it blows water away and the blade is left dry. When cutting hard porcelains , I’ve had an extremely hard time.
Lol...funny video. A TN guy waking up and working out first thing in the morning. He'll, all the TN trade guys show up with a cigarette cigarette in their mouth, dressed like a slob, big ass truck that barely runs and barely works on the job. When actually there. Completely pointless video. How about pointing out the highlights of the actual tool.
Rubi made an amazing "wet saw" but man they really mess up on it's water supply, like why dint u guys saw all the dust because of not enought wat going to the blade, i hat to modifide my its good now but man, im disapointed.
Today was our first try on the jobsite with this water saw, we cutted 12x36 granit 1/2 thick , i gotta say that i am pretty impress with how the saw performed. the cuts were straight, the pushing table is stable, i can see why people are complaining about the water that not completly touch the blade, i used many water saw in the past, just be gentle and let the blade work " multiple pass" ,its doing the job pretty good also, the laser isnt precise it got 6.milimeter off, gotta give a 5 stars tho , it is very well designed and we are happy with the purchase i recommend this product!!!
Today bought my first Rubi DU-200 650 Tile cutter from Buy Brand Tools, Beth Bradley super knowledgeable of all Rubi product range and gave me some excellent advice, thank you.

Would have liked to have seen someone showing more about the saws capabilities than the first two minutes of nonsense

Can the legs of the 10-in model fit on the 7-in model wet saw
Hello Tom. No, they cannot. Each machine has its own support system.
Too bad I bought it the day it went up for sale and the motor already went out and I can’t get a response from anybody.
