I don't follow any proper aim routine as of now but I used to grind Kovaaks 4-5 hours a day. I plan on making a dedicated video on my aim rountine soon. For pressure I would say you'll have to play more and position yourself in those scenarios multiple times to get used to it.

I record on 1920x1080 120 fps. My tekno blur settings are default except for output fps which is set to 60 fps
