makes no sense how some missiles can follow you as a player but when you fire it at someone else it smashes into a wall or if they jump it just turns and flies somewhere else. i played original CTR on a website to see how it was and yeah the missiles are more accurate in the original. on CTR NF they are basically dummy missiles.
The missiles work like they do in the original. They only target someone whose in your KART's field of view, which is why they go straight into a wall when you fire them in the middle of a powerslide. It's better to fire them when your kart is facing straight, and on wide enough tracks, they can do a full 360° turn and track people behind you as long as you can see them on your screen.

Time) 3 - Spyro (Spyro and Friends) 4 - Nina Cortex (Spooky) 5 - Koala Kong (Neon Circus) 6 - Hasty (Winter Festival) 7 - Megamix (Rustland) 8 - Emperor Velo XXVII (Gasmoxia) Play through all 8 Grand Prix tracks in order, with no items if you prefer, with the Champion Kart with the respective decals (IF you have reached within the Top 5% in the leaderboards during the Grand Prix era) the characters made their debut in (Example: Tawna with the Nitro Tour decal, Megamix with the Rustland decal, etc.), Master Wheels entirely optional, and when racing that particular track, the character will use their legendary skin that was unlocked within that Grand Prix's Nitro Gauge (Example: Ragdoll Nina in Nina's Nightmare, Fake Baby T in Prehistoric Playground, etc.), but since Spyro did not get a legendary skin from his Grand Prix, he instead uses the legendary skins he got within the Winter Festival (for Gingerbread Joyride) and Gasmoxia (for Drive-thru Danger) Grand Prix-es.
